HA i figured out what that message was. Even though the helpdesk wasn't helpful. THe message i am getting is that now i can't log into the website from work as i am guessing its not the IP addesss that i set up the account extra security.. Prob because i have my char set up with the extra security. So in a sence it is a good thing.
