Use the In Game Issue section.


Title it Bot Report.


Include the following:

1. Server Name

2. Name of the Bot suspect or War ID number

3. Channel Number

4. Area/Zone Name, please don't abbreviate

5. The x and y coordinates of the Bot's location



It helps us in our investigation if we can get a Screenshot where we can clearly see the suspect’s name, as there are numerous fonts in Cabal and certain letters and numbers can look the same. In order to attach Screenshots to a Help Desk be sure you are logged into the site and please be aware there is a 2MB size limit for attachments. For multiple Screenshots, links to sites like ImageShack are encouraged and for videos, links to sites like GamersTube and X-Fire are quite good. Some of our players have experienced issues with attaching screenshots. To remedy this we recommend renaming the screenshot.



Please understand that due to our Privacy Policy, we are unable to discuss the status of other player’s accounts, so we cannot give updates regarding reported Bot suspects. We will investigate and take the appropriate steps as per our Guidelines.
